Because I didn't recognize the month I put in was the wrong month when it could have been easy corrected on their end they said they can't help me no more with future spring issues that is one of the most stupidest things I've ever heard anybody could have made that mistake even all state customer services can make that mistake

the **** literally makes no sense i gotta go thru hella unnecessary just to get a refund on my controller when in reality i bought a warranty to get a compensated a controller when i returned this one !

It was a new process for us, so that's probably the biggest issue. However, I was helping my 86-year-old, nearly blind father-in-law, who never could have done this himself. His TV is everything, so we originally drove to Walmart only to be told to pack the TV back in the car and go home. Once home, it took two or three attempts to upload the receipt and get it approved. I want my tv I protect not money
I encountered an issue with a defective recliner loveseat, prompting multiple visits from service personnel in attempts to resolve the problem. Despite efforts, after the second service visit, Allstate determined the issue to be unsolvable and issued an e-gift card equivalent to the purchase price of the recliner. Upon requesting the credit to be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase, Allstate instead transferred the funds onto a gift card without my consent. At the beginning my daughter gave them the information that they requested and thought all was good but it wasn’t what they wanted so had to go to Costco store and get a receipt from them and emailed it to them and thought everything was good but they never answered back and after about 3 or 4 weeks I called them and they started going back to the very beginning and I stop them and told them I would be calling Costco and report them for causing my very frustration with dealing with Allstate so Costco made out a report and th... read more
