Had to drive out of the way but it was worth it, CPR was customer focused and handled everything very efficiently.

I attempted to submit a claim on their website, which was a terrible experience. It was very frustrating as it seemed to be geared to dealing with Electronic Equipment Problems and that was not even closely related to what I had bought the coverage for and after doing the best I could to provide the proper details, the claim was denied...
