Process went very smoothly and quickly. My only complaint is that they would not allow me to change to a different model of TV, even if I had to pay a bit on the price.
No hassles. Very quick resolution of my problems. I'm very happy with the service I received. When they could not find an equal replacement for my printer, they covered the cost of the printer. What more could I ask for? Highly recommend using this service for big purchases that they cover.
