It is obvious they take training their representatives seriously. The rep who assisted me was very professional, immediately gave me my options and followed up with an email. I was very pleased. My phone was fixed, I emailed them my receipt and they replied with confirmation it was received. Overall, I am very pleased with SwuareTrade.
The hardest was getting past the phone system to talk to someone. But once I was able to talk to someone everything was great. There was a slight problem, they wanted to pick a lesser quality TV. When I called them to tell them I had a class M Vizio and they wanted me to pick a class E series I reminded them that I had a higher quality TV then they were offering me.
