"Our TV failed a couple months after the regular warranty expired. We had purchased a protection plan from Square Trade, so we called for help. They walked us through some steps to verify the exact problem. Before the day was over, we had an approval for a replacement TV. It arrived at our house in less than 1 week. Great experience."
"Had issue in which it was questionable was damage mfg defect or consumer damage ....sent it to mfr (Nintendo); 20 day turnaround; result was consumer (square trade warranty)...upon notifying them, square trade sent me shipping label for 2 day svc to return item; they issued paymt to replace device the very same day they rcvd device- I got replacement funds *in my mailbox* only 4 days after filling claim- phenomenal!"
"Galaxy edge7 that suddenly could not connect to network. Tried working with Sprint with no luck. I filed a claim with Square Trade and sent phone for repair. They determined the problem was with Sprint and actually called Sprint. With no luck working with Sprint they sent me a replacement. Took Square Trade 3 days to do what Sprint could not do for a month"

"We have used Square Trade on all of our office equipment for years. Recently our printer went down and being a small business I had to replace it that day just to get by. I reported the equipment failure to Square Trade the next day and had a check for replacement two days later. And yes... the new printer has a Square Trade warranty. The make good on their policy and make it easy on the customer. I highly recommend Square Trade to all my friends and business associates. "
"Square Trade had good customer service along the 5 week process but they could have done better to make this a 1 week process. Unfortunately, instead of just sending me a new phone to replace my broken phone, they chose to send me to a local Batteries Plus fix it store and they did not have the expertise or or inventory to make it a smooth transaction. "Two year old chest freezer died....One year into the Square Trade warranty. One phone call, a few verification questions, and check was on it's way to us so we could get a new freezer. Thank goodness!"
"All techs were helpful. Main issue was a several second voice delay when connected with techs not in the USA. Very frustrating. The first tech ordered replacement parts sent to me. After running through through the tests with a different tech, it was determined my Toshiba was not worth repairing. Emailed me a shipping label to return parts once they arrived. They first offered a new TV in a smaller size than mine. Did not want that so they upgraded to one a few inches bigger. Received it within 3 days of shipment. A friend ... read more
