Through the years, I haven't been disappointed. Square trade has always came through, for me and my family. I've had know trouble in filling a claim.
At first it was frustrating talking to a automated service and couldn't get anyone in person. But then I finally got through and from there it was great service. I received my label for my package and I sent it out and they already got it the next day. Wow! I can't wait to get my product fixed or replaced guarantee by plan.
Everything is good with this company except the procedures.
I would definitely purchase again.
I have been a SquareTrade customer for over 10 years. I have never had any issues when it comes to repairing or replacing a device or any other item that is under warranty through SquareTrade. I never considered any other business for extended warranties. SquareTrade has always gone the extra mile to keep my loyalty and business with them.
While I had received an excellent service from SquareTrade in handling my case and they appointed best buy to deliver the TV. I took a half day to make sure I stay at home just before the scheduled delivery the guy called and said they don't have the TV and they will be rescheduling. Best Buy is good in communicating the delivery but not sure what went wrong. Now they are going to deliver the TV next Thursday and I hope this time they deliver it
Sent my drone in for repair or replacement and it went very smooth. they have a great system letting you know every step of the transaction and fixed the problem and sent it back in timely manner.
Outstanding service five stars in my books.
