"From my initial call, to receiving my camera back, I was kept up to date on the process of getting my camera fixed. I had my camera back, fixed back to manufacture specs in less than one week from the time I dropped it off at the Fed-Ex shipper, to it being delivered to my door. I am 100% sold on Square Trade and their warranty services. Also received a summary of everything that was done to my camera."

"I was really amazed at the great service I received from square trade...I have never had such an easy experience with an extended warranty as this. the company personnel were very helpful and nice to work with.. I bought my television almost 5 years ago at Costco, at the time Costco gave a 2 year warranty on televisions and I was offered a 3 year extended warranty through square trade for $29.95 so I thought ''what the heck I would buy it''...my warranty would be up in august 2017 and my television quit working in june 2017... read more
