Was a little disappointed that when I purchased it state you have "options" of how to handle repairs, such as mailing your phone in, etc. I was not given options, but was told to take my phone to apple genius bar (which I absolutely hate going to) and submitting invoice for reimbursement. Other than that, they held up to their end of the bargain and the overall experience was great.
I was very please with the people who helped me, they were very kind and understanding. Very, very helpful
Great experience the 2nd time I have used their warranty purchased from Costco.
Website claim process easy to use. Chat very helpful and knowledgeable. Return box arrived next morning. Laptop was repaired and returned in a timely manner and was repaired, as expected. The service checklist was a bonus I didn't expect. They checked over other items on the laptop that I didn't report.
