My armband for my Fitbit broke-again. The first time was within the first year that I owned the Fitbit, the second time was just outside of the one year mark. I purchased the protection plan because I have had problems with the Fitbit device separating from the wristband at the metal connection with several other previous Fitbits. Very happy with my experience with SquareTrade.
Service with my issue was taken care of right away. Trouble shooting took about an hour, but the issue was solved.
I was treated very well. The representative was knowledgeable and didn't ask useless questions. I was finished and had my information to handle my replacement phone in a matter of minutes. Very impressed!!
Had a Moto G4 go bad, called Square Trade & told them the problem and had a replacement phone in just a few days. Square Trade included a prepaid envelope to send the defective phone back.
Very simple extended warranty program and very intuitive website to manage all the warranty plans and submit a claim for a product that is having issues. Very responsive support and easy to follow and process a claim for repair or replacement.
When my smartphone screen, I was confident that it would be fixed by Square Trade. This is the second repair (not the same device) that I have called Square Trade about. Called them, and had a replacement in two days. How good is that!
Fast service, Prompt in getting parts out next day air & scheduling a service appointment 3 days from the time the claim was made. Service company was great & repaired the TV on the scheduled day.
I've had the worst luck with this phone. Square trade is always helpful and does exactly what they say they will. It was well worth the money I spent. I highly encourage everyone to purchase protection with Square trade.
