"I filled a claim out, checked on it and did't see any change so I tried calling and after 3rd call got in. It was about my printer, which I had for 1 1/2 yr.. They transferred me to the manufacturer and they decided there was a real problem but warranty was over. I had to call Square Trade again and got a man who quickly got everything taken care of. I received a check in 4 days so everything worked out in the end."
