June 16, 2020 Dear AllTech: We thank Mr. Waters who came first in the morning and showed us water on the floor of the system, accumulation of ice on the coil, etc. and told us there is a leak somewhere in the system that needs leak search. He put towel to collect the water. He said he does not have the required equipment, and arranged for Mr. Salazar to come in the afternoon. A/C stopped working late on a Friday night. Called AllTech first thing Saturday morning and Technician Jason arrived within 2 hours. After much trouble shooting, Jason fixed the problem and our A/C was up and running again. Very pleased with AllTech and especially Jason, who was quite pleasant and also “Covid conscious.”
