Contacted AllTech Services in ********, **. Asked the scheduler if their company dealt with water leak issues. . Was told yes , they could help and scheduled a appointment . The "tech" arrived the following day. Entered my townhome ground level thru the garage. Laundry room off to the immediate left upon entry. Showed him the spot on the ceiling drywall. He had a ipad asking me to sign ,allowing the work to be done. I signed( not reading the several page disclosure). He cut a 9inch by 12inch piece of drywall from the ceiling... read more

While they are prompt in showing up and doing the work, they charge insanely high rates for the parts. If you lookup the price for the parts they use, the prices they quote are anywhere between 200% - 800% higher (especially, when your need is extremely urgent, and have very little choice). This has been a consistent experience. So, their "free" house call / monthly subscription etc. is not really free, judging by the rates for parts. Got a check and was told it was the coolant that was needed. Called and arranged for a quotation for 2 new systems. Ended up having more challenges with my furnace that was check on 2 days later and come to find out I have water in my return lines. This caused water/drywall damage and a leak. Net, Victor didn’t catch this two days prior and thus I have more work to do and money to spend. I now do t trust your service and you won’t be getting my business
