Recently visited Allure Dental and as always, had a great experience. My insurance pays for 4 cleanings every year so I take advantage of that. I came straight from work so I was a little tired but the whole visit was relaxing. I watched a movie and cleaning was gentle but through. We trust dr Trinh and dr lee with all of our family! Everyone is very friendly and personable. My birthday is coming so I got a small cake! I always appreciate their thoughtfulness! I'll be back in a few months!
I recently went to Allure Dental for my 3 years old daughter's cleaning and cavity filing and surprisingly my daughter enjoyed the experience. She didn't cry or complained at all. She loved the movies and earphones that they offered while getting her cleaning. She even asked me to book her next appointment with Dr. Lee and Dr. Trinh again.
I've been coming to this dentist for about 4 years or so , my wife has been treated by Dr Trihn and Dr Lee for basically her whole dental life . They are the BEST dentist I've ever been to ! They take really good care of you and most of the procedures they try to make as painless as possible !!! I love that they offer caprisons, coffee, hot tea and cookies in the waiting area. Their business model doesn't make sense. They smile and greet you as you arrive but behind their smile is an uncomfortable smirk like a high school student who bullies the unpopular crowd. They will judge you by your status to determine the cost of your dental work. They make you believe there is so much wrong with your teeth to increase the cost of your bill like an automobile repair shop. This review is solely based on the experience with them. Several hours before the appointment, they called and said they are not sure if they can do the procedure and they would need to cancel the appointment unilaterally. The appointment was made almost a month prior. It feels quite disrespecting. And it is not the first time this happened.

Dr. Suzanna Lee and Dr. Trinh Lee has been my primary dental care physician for over a year now and I couldn't be happier! You could definitely tell that they have a passion for what they do! They are very helpful and make a clear understanding view of what is happening or what's going on for your dental needs. Visiting the dentist is always scary, but everyone at Allure Dental Center makes your visit experience exceptional! From the moment you walk in someone is always there to greet you and help you. The hygienist and the assistants are all so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Lee and Dr. Trinh are both very professional and caring for their patients. If your looking for a competent and trustworthy office this is it! They are absolutely the BEST!!!
I used to go here cause it was near my house then. I never went anywhere else in the Bay area, then I moved to Sacramento and got much better dental care, thats when I realized that this was not the best place to go. When I had sensitive tooth, I needed a quick appointment and I got one here. You hardly get seen by the actual dentist here. She took a scan of my teeth and said there is nothing wrong and asked me to come for a cleaning.
