This review is solely based on the experience with them. Several hours before the appointment, they called and said they are not sure if they can do the procedure and they would need to cancel the appointment unilaterally. The appointment was made almost a month prior. It feels quite disrespecting. And it is not the first time this happened.

Dr. Suzanna Lee and Dr. Trinh Lee has been my primary dental care physician for over a year now and I couldn't be happier! You could definitely tell that they have a passion for what they do! They are very helpful and make a clear understanding view of what is happening or what's going on for your dental needs. Visiting the dentist is always scary, but everyone at Allure Dental Center makes your visit experience exceptional! From the moment you walk in someone is always there to greet you and help you. The hygienist and the assistants are all so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Lee and Dr. Trinh are both very professional and caring for their patients. If your looking for a competent and trustworthy office this is it! They are absolutely the BEST!!!
I used to go here cause it was near my house then. I never went anywhere else in the Bay area, then I moved to Sacramento and got much better dental care, thats when I realized that this was not the best place to go. When I had sensitive tooth, I needed a quick appointment and I got one here. You hardly get seen by the actual dentist here. She took a scan of my teeth and said there is nothing wrong and asked me to come for a cleaning. Felt I was visiting a mechanic. Said one thing but by the time I received the invoice had added on extra things I "needed" but we're not explained. Plus they put all these random charges I couldn't even figure out. Money for mouth rinse? Etc. I wanted to have some chips fixed and they had me pay a couple 100 dollars for a mold the suggested o get veneers instead of just a simple quick fill in... My review is solely based on my experience with a dental plate temporary false tooth. I came in around July 2017 to get a dental plate replaced. Allure Dental was kind enough to schedule me in for an emergency visit. I came in for what would seem like a standard procedure to take a mouth mold for the missing tooth, make the tooth and plate, make sure it fits in my mouth, and adjust it accordingly. I have been coming to Allure Dental for five years now and I am not planning on changing my dentist. Every time I come in for my cleaning I have a very pleasant experience with all the staff that I interact with. Allure Dental has a very friendly, welcoming, and one of the most caring teams. They make sure to work around with what works best for you and makes you feel the most comfortable. I definitely recommend coming to Allure Dental if you are looking for a place who genuinely wants the best for you.
I've had bad experiences but this by far has been the worst experience. I had an appointment to fill a cavity and they gave me a difficult time and told me they needed the payment during the procedure. I was planning on walking over and paying them after the procedure. The service was horrendous and the way they treated me as a patient was brutal. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for good service and people who actually care about your well-being. Unbelievable experience at Allure. I've been coming here for years and have no complaints whatsoever. Shocked when reading some of the negative reviews as they sound arguably petty and or common for reasons why you'd see a dentist or wouldn't experience at any other office. I've gotten almost everything from cleanings to braces to veneers from both Dr. Trinh and Dr. Lee and have been extremely satisfied with the results that I've received with each procedure.
