I have been coming to Allure Dental for five years now and I am not planning on changing my dentist. Every time I come in for my cleaning I have a very pleasant experience with all the staff that I interact with. Allure Dental has a very friendly, welcoming, and one of the most caring teams. They make sure to work around with what works best for you and makes you feel the most comfortable. I definitely recommend coming to Allure Dental if you are looking for a place who genuinely wants the best for you.
I've had bad experiences but this by far has been the worst experience. I had an appointment to fill a cavity and they gave me a difficult time and told me they needed the payment during the procedure. I was planning on walking over and paying them after the procedure. The service was horrendous and the way they treated me as a patient was brutal. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for good service and people who actually care about your well-being. Unbelievable experience at Allure. I've been coming here for years and have no complaints whatsoever. Shocked when reading some of the negative reviews as they sound arguably petty and or common for reasons why you'd see a dentist or wouldn't experience at any other office. I've gotten almost everything from cleanings to braces to veneers from both Dr. Trinh and Dr. Lee and have been extremely satisfied with the results that I've received with each procedure. My son is a college student and was experiencing a lot of pain on a tooth and had already visited numerous dentist but none of them could help him right away. He went online and found Allure Dental Center near his home, he called and they took him in right away, but my son was too scared to make a decision at that time. 5 STARS! Ive been coming here for years and can't imagine going else where. Dr. Suzanna Lee, Dr. Trinh Lee and their staff provide a very comfortable and trusting environment. I used to be anxious to see the dentist but that all went away thanks to Allure Dental Center. Looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommended!
Very friendly staff and doctors. They don't overbook and treat you with respect. The doctors are extremely knowledgable. I wish they had a Florida office.
I hate going to the dentist. But I love this place! The doctors are amazing with a great bedside - or dental chair - manner and truly care about making you as comfortable as possible. And the front desk/office is organized and accommodating. They have a lot of patients so their schedules are tight, but they'll work with you to get you in in a timely manner. Plus, they gave me delicious soup after my last procedure and always offer fresh baked cookies every time I come in. Wonderful place!
Where to begin... 1. The place is a temple to the vanity of the two sisters who run the place. I mean, it's just weird, there are half a dozen glamor shots of just the two of them hanging in the walls, like their smiles are reason enough to give them your business. 2.
