I was very appreciative that the NP checked on me close to their closing time. He assured me that if I continued to have issues, I could call the office the next day. I tried to reach him but I did not realize their NPs rotate amongst their clinics; nevertheless, I was assured someone will get back with me. Went to Alpha Care with a cut on my finger that needed stitches. From reception through the entire process, it was nothing less than a pleasure - except for the parts that included shots. The team was professional and attentive. Overall great experience. Two days later, I got a call checking on me. It was a deep cut so it was great to hear from them just in case I needed them, but all is well so far. Bravo!
I was visiting family in Biloxi and this facility was recommended. I was able to setup an appointment online and provided all "paperwork" electronically. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The doctor thoroughly explained my condition and the course of treatment. He asked for and answered all my questions clearly and completely.
Had a great experience. Wait time was quick. NP was great. Followed up with prescriptions and a visit summary. Received a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was feeling alright. Can’t ask for more. I’m impressed!
We originally tried going to another urgent care place up the road, By the Bay Urgent Care and they turned us and several others away because they decided to close early at 3 PM on a Monday- no sign on the door, nothing until after they locked up! So we called AlphaCare not 5 mins away and absolutely nothing but good things! Great care, super nice on the phone and in person.
