This urgent care is very clean, and the employees are very caring and kind. They also are very knowledgeable. I will definitely go there again if the need arises. They even called me a few days later to check on me. That's worth more than 5 stars as far I'm concerned.
First of all, the alpha urgent care is very courteous kind and professional. The NP Jesse was very kind and helpful in her diagnosis. This is by far one of the cleanest and quick urgent care i have ever been too. Staff was great too. 5 stars
Everyone at AlphaCare is extremely professional and friendly. They take the time to listen and do not rush you through! It is a very nice and clean facility. We strongly recommend this facility!
I went to the facility on a Sunday at 7:30pm. Very kind and respectful. They even stayed open late. They are open till 8 pm. I was greeted and my concern was attended to.
