They are the best! Great Vets and techs who really care about my pet and me! My dog loves to come because they treat her so well! They always know what to do and are full of warmth and empathy!
We finally brought home our new tiny puppy and after a few days his health began to decline and we wasn't sure why. We went to the first vet and they did an exam without us present, and tried to say he had parvo, charged me $100 and sent us to the Emergency veterinarian who then tried to say he had parvo but can't test for it because they ran out of test, they completed the exam without me present and had him in a back room where i couldn't see him. You are in good hands at this vet clinic. It is a good mix of casual and competent. Excellent care and good vibes.
Great, friendly, competent and compassionate animal care. The whole fleet of dogs and cats has been seen by them for the last 14 years.
Professional, kind , gentle, clean. I've taken my dogs here for the past 15 years and been satisfied. It is expensive. I have not checked out other Vet places in this area. I know friendship is even more expensive
We have been clients of Alpine for 14 years now. They are all really caring and friendly. Our dog jumps out of the car and walks himself to the door with his tail wagging. If that is not a recommendation, I don't know what is.
We have been nothing but SATISFIED with the excellent care provided by the Drs and staff at Alpine Vet Hospital. They always know our dog Samson, by name and greet him when he comes in the door. Dr. Ramachandran is wonderful, knowledgable, and caring. She is not an alarmist and always provides reasonable treatment and follow-up. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants honest, reasonably priced vet care for their pet in a loving environment.
When I was faced with the difficult position of putting down my obviously dying cat, the staff was sensitive, kind, and respectful to both me and my pet. Dr. Sartain and her entire team are to be commended for the humanity with which they practice. This is one instance in which healthcare for a much-loved four-legged family member not driven by profits, but by compassion. Thank you!
So they have the bedside manner down fine. The staff is friendly and animal oriented. My cat suffered from his first distemper shot. I told the Vet, they noted it in their computer system and they gave him pain relievers and steroids the next time around. This solved the issue for my orange guy. First class Vets at a first class price. Worth it.
