Happy Campers 1st class Vets and Staff - my pets boarded with them and I was scared at first because I have never boarded them before and they are lap dogs so I wasn't exactly happy about leaving them behind. I received phone calls letting me know they are doing well and even a photo text message of them playing in the shaded play yard -
loving When our new kitten got sick we took him to the closet vet which was Alta mesa they got us an appt right the same day with no problem. They seemed very caring and loving. They went the extra mile to explain everything in detail and what we needed to do. Great vet.
Great vet, not too great for grooming As a vet, Alta Mesa was wonderful! Very caring doctors and professional friendly staff who LOVE dogs! However, their gromming services weren't as great. We took the dog in at 8:00 for an 8:00 appointment and she wasn't ready until after 2:00. It clearly doesn't take that long to groom a 15 lb dog, so it was pretty frustrating to waste a whole day just to get our dog bathed and clipped.
very caring When our dog Sally got to sick, we decided we had to put her down. She was 18 years old and was in pain. My husband took her to Alta Mesa and they were wonderful. They were very caring for the littlest member of our family. We recently got a new puppy and we take him there now too.
