Awful experience. They kept trying to up sale me on shots,test, and prevention. They now have a new policy to take your pet to a different room without the owner to take blood and give shots. I refused to allow them and walked out. Do not recommend.
As a long-term client, I’m sharing this review to encourage other pet owners especially those with medically complex animals to advocate strongly and ensure clear follow-up plans are in place. During my dog’s seizure treatment, I experienced repeated communication failures and lack of timely follow-through during time sensitive care, which created serious safety concerns for me as an owner and not to mention put my dog at an unnecessary risk of repeated seizures from lack of proper follow through.
