A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Neugeboren to receive a 2nd opinion. I wasn't satisfied with the service I received from the referral my dentist's office gave me. I felt they were not very personable & did not demonstrate a real interest in me. Upon meeting Dr. Neugeboren and Carma, his assistant, I felt very comfortable. He was totally clear in explaining to me what this procedure entailed. While I wish this procedure doesn't have to be done, it does & I feel that I'm going to be in very good hands with him.

Patty was thorough and professional in her work, as she has been in the past. When I checked out, the staff was very persistent in uncovering an issue with Delta Dental and COBRA re: coverage such that my wife and I should be able to get to the bottom of the matter
I arrived early and they saw me almost immediately! Ed was professional and courteous as always.
My first appointment was a very nice experience. Stacey, Carma and Dr. Neugeboren treated me very well and answered all the questions I had about my care. Additionally, scheduling my next appointment and working around my work schedule is a major plus. I look forward to coming back to this office for further treatment.
