I appreciate that everyone is very courteous and extremely helpful in each phase of the appointment.
Dr. Neil Neugeboren has to be the most gentle and patient dentist that I have ever seen. Not only does he have a caring heart and a gentle touch, but he is very thorough and explains every step of the procedure that he is performing which puts his patients minds, like myself (never having any type of surgery before) at ease. I had many apprehensions about the procedure, but after speaking with the doctor and staff I felt assured that I was in good hands. Outstanding job!
Dental procedure went very well. I was kept comfortable and made aware of the necessary procedure. The follow-up call from the dentist to check on my comfort at home was very much appreciated.
Dr. Neugeboren performed oral surgery on me 1/8/14. I was nervous, of course. He and his assistant, Carma, tended to my every need including a blanket. I appreciated that Dr. Neugeboren would talk to me during the entire procedure as to what he was doing. The procedure was not as bad as I had thought it would be. Afterwards, the area was a little sore & a bit swollen which is normal. I will definitely refer anyone in need of a periodontist to this office and specifically to Dr. Neugeboren.
This was my first time in the office and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. I was seen right on time, the doctor introduced himself to me and got to know me and then explained what he was doing in detail. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience.
Excellent visit. Had tooth pulled and implant done during the same visit. Doctor and assistant were very professional. No pain from procedure. Throughout the process he kept me informed about what was happening and what he was doing. Costs and options were explained so I could make an informed decision. Doctor Pomeranz called me that evening to follow up and see how I was doing.
