everyone is great, complete explanations, and detail for followup, listing expectations. The doctor called for follow up just as promised. This is twice has used his personal time to take of this patient in some form.There might be some confusion on the insurance payment, but that is being addressed.thanks for great care

For two years, I've had nothing but the highest praise for Professional Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. All of the staff has been professional and warm to the highest degree. I was extremely surprised to hear the receptionist asking if it was time for her "to go home yet" in a bored, disinterested way with no regard to a customer being in the waiting area. She appears young and may just need some reiterated training regarding representing the business at all times.
