Karen was friendly in greeting me - as always, and then helpful facilitating an insurance question I had. Patty was remarkably thorough, plus I always like it when young ladies laugh at my jokes.
Explanation of details was very good. No surprises. Friendly staff an helpful. Doctor very professional and caring.

Dr. N was very calming, described what he was doing, and gentle. Was worried about the procedure before I arrived at the office. After working with him let me reassure you there is nothing to worry about.

It was an excellent experience, as always.
We must thank the office staff for adjusting our appointment times several times due to other priority medical issues that my wife experienced before this event. But It was the start of a significant experience - my wife was having implants inserted, supposedly while under full IV sedation. She awakened early from the sedative thus experienced significant pain and trauma. It seems that there was a limit as to the amount of sedation that could be applied.
