I was very impressed with customaer service and professionalism of the front office staff. Carma and Dr. Neugeboren are first class. I really appreciated Dr. Neugeboren caring approach, always checking in to make certain that I was doing ok. I also appreciated the continual information regarding stages during the procedure and updates on how things were going. I would highly reccommend Dr. Neugeboren and his office staff!

Per your office request, I came in early (8:00). My presence was not acknowledged in any way for at least fifteen minutes. After that Pam and Dr Reissner were their usual cordial and highly professional selves, enabling me to persevere through the final surgical procedure.

Dr. Reissner is a first-rate periodontist. He is not only highly skilled, but takes the time to explain procedures and follow-up care. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a periodontist. In addition, Dr. Reissner's staff is first-rate.
