I am very pleased with Dr. Reissner and the staff of Professional Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. I am looking forward to having my gum surgery. I am NOT worried about anything because I know I will be in great hands. Dr. R took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even game me insight into something called osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ). Quite impressed with all aspects of my experience:- office staff very responsive to and helpful with my requests- Ed, Dr. Pomeranz's assistant was professional and accommodating- Dr. Pomeranz was very professional, concerned about my comfort before and during the extraction and called me by my first name instead of "sir" or something else, and evidently, did some superior work with the extratction and bone grafting, as I healed quickly and felt little pain post-op.I would highly recommend Professional Periodontics to others.

I left the office amazed that what I thought would be an hour long appointment was only twenty minutes. The procedure was painless from the start to the finish.

I give Tracie a 5 star rating. She did an excellent job. The most pain free experience so far! I have requested Tracie for ALL future cleanings. She's a "keeper"!!

Going through a tooth extraction & bone graft is usually not a good experience, however, Dr. Reisner & his staff gave the most excellent service I have ever had. From the receptionist, the hygenist, and his assistant, I was treated with such amazing care. They tried to do everything possible to make me feel comfortable & it truly was a very positive experience.

I had two extractions and an implant yesterday. From the moment I walked in until I left, the staff and Doctor treated me with the utmost respect and kindness! I was made to feel comfortable and all needs were looked after.

On balance, I was quite impressed. Didn't have to wait too long. Dr. Pomeranz and staff were very professional. Dr. P's explanation of my case was also very good. My only suggestion is to fix the on-line completion forms. Since mine were not received, I had refill the forms.
