Amanda was amazing to work with. She was very responsive and supportive through the whole process. Whenever we had questions, she was able to get us answers efficiently and quickly. And when we had to make a last-minute change to the escrow account, she was able to do it for us and still close on time. Amanda Park was an absolute star throughout the entire refinance process for our home. I put my info into one of those online platforms where multiple mortgage brokers call you, leaving very vague and generic messages, to discuss your refinance. Amanda was one of those people; what set her apart is that she called and left a personalized voicemail AND she emailed me all of the initial estimate information - this is all prior to doing the hard credit check.
