Our experience with closing was beyond disappointing. Mutual of Omaha closing department made an error with the wire transfer to the title company bank. It took 27+ hours for the title company to get the funds. We had movers and vendors coming to clean home and work on it. We had to delay the work and move. We drove a 10-hour round trip and this delay ruined the trip and our moving plans.
