Returned a Philips Toothbrush that was defective. They ordered a new one for me. Routine cleaning, no issues. Got scolded for not flossing, so what else is new.
Was expecting to have my cleaning done on the first appointment, but understand that every office will be different , I was upset that when I had my xrays done I advised the dental assistant about my thyroid problem and had asked for the thyroid guard to be placed on me , I had no protection at all and this was not explained to me as to why . my tooth (or now shall i say my face) is really infected. i though they didnt pull them if they was that bad...but now i want to puke because the infection is making me sick... but as for the other tooth its fine.
Thank you for all that you do. Friendly and caring. Just remind the hygenist Rachael to introduce herself to a new patient.
