Great communication and prompt responses from everyone. The portal was incredibly easy to use and I appreciated the continued updates on status/process. I didn't have to reach out for confirmation on where we're at with everything. My only complaint would be a lot of auto-generated emails. I received a lot of emails unrelated to my loan process and I would prefer for that to be cut down. It caused me a little anxiety thinking I was missing something or needed to take action :)

Amber was amazing. Timely in her responses. Her communication was clear and thourough. I would reccomend her to anyone. I was referred to her by my realtor and I told my realtor it was the best lender I have ever worked with and Amber should be reccomended to all of her clients. I shopped around with two other lenders and decided to go with Amber in the end because she was by far the best. It wasn't even a competition.
