Dance music pumped to dance club volumes. Not an environment for a quiet dinner at all. Waitstaff was good, but letdown by both the kitchen and management. I would not recommend this restaurant.
This was our 2nd time coming and it was really packed, service was fine but our waiter was a little rude. I’m not sure if we would wanna come again after this experience
Asking stuff from ur waiter should never feel like a bother, yet it did when we ate there. Food is great but the service definitely needs to be stepped up
Food took forever and came out very on a bad timely manner. Steak no fries , russet sprouts at the end.
Second time they seat us by the unbearable bright light next to the kitchen. Manager would not move us. All the steaks ordered were incorrectly cooked. We were hoping for a great dinner for a special occasion and received the opposite. Would not recommend.

If this place wants to be considered fine dining, then it needs to up the quality of its food and service. Crab cake was mushy and had no crisp to it. The picanha was severely over salted. The Denver steak tasted like nothing but black smoke. We were told the sides would be large enough to serve 2-3 people and it was a serving for one. The waiter named Beto was dismissive and inattentive. For a meal exceeding $300 I expect a whole lot better.
Had to wait for 35 minutes after the reservation time. Non apologetic about the fact
Found a hair in the rice and they still charged the plate at the end. They claimed they didn’t know where it came from since they have no females working in the kitchen. They mentioned maybe from their central kitchen where the rice is made. Service was poor and slow for a high end restaurant.
