We wanted a face and office that was local in case any problems arose. The process was much easier and faster than expected. Almost everything can be done electronically. But if you want, the paperwork can be taken to their office. We did a combination of taking paperwork and electronically e-signing forms. Both ways were easy, professional, and quick. To be honest, I don't have the best of credit scores, but she was able to qualify me and make the whole transaction go quite fast and smooth. And she knows her stuff! Kudos, I would recommend her any day, any time!

I would definitely recommend working with Corey Ehlers. I was previously working with a different loan originator and we got no where. I ended up finding a new realtor, and he recommended that I work with Corey. The entire process working with Corey went very smooth. I never had to guess, wait on emails or phone calls, he always told me like it was. We were overseas while going through this process and he made it so easy. We plan to sell and buy another home soon, and I will be calling Corey.
