I talked to several different Mortgage brokers before deciding on Joe. He was the most knowlegable and took time to answer all of my questions, I had a lot. Very early on in the process. He was always responsive to our needs. He took time to talk to me and explain things. Then called my husband to go over it all again with him. I appreicated his cander and honesty. Michelle is true professional in her field. She is more knowledgeable than 90% of her peers. More specifically her understanding of manufactured housing as real estate (a very complicated real estate transaction) exceeds that of any other lender in Texas. I have never met a lender more thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive than Michelle.
