I lived at Amelia for 4 years and would say the living experience got better throughout the time I was there, but was still not great. The building has gone through a lot of change in the front office - a lot of turnover in staff and management - and mostly for the better. Previous managers couldn't care less about the concerns brought to them about the safety of the building - examples: drug dealers bringing their sketchy buyers into the building every day when the garage door was broken for a whole year, residents letting ... read more
I am coming up on my first year here. The property is lovely. The leasing office are angels ! They are the sweetest they try to make the place as comforting as possible. Maintenance request do not sit for long before it is resolved. I am overall having a great experience living here. I am genuinely excited to renew my lease and continue with this property.
Austin is the best! Hands down the most caring and helping person l've met. Our move in was the smoothest I have ever had and he always been patient with all the questions we had!
I have been here almost 3 years and have never had any issues. If something comes up, the maintenance or office staff takes care of it quickly and efficiently. Matthew & Austin in the office are always available and helpful. 5 stars from me !!!!!!
My boys and i visited this property and Savanah showed us around. She was the sweetest! Also the most patient with my boys and I. Ask for Savanah!
Staff is so friendly! Savannah was welcoming, informative and very helpful! Good staff is so hard to come by in Dallas these days!
Enjoyed my stay here. Maintenance was never delayed and responded to in a timely manner. Can't rave enough about the place.
Listen, everyone's experience is different, but I want to let you know this is the place to be. The location, atmosphere, service, communication and amenities are exactly what I was looking for. Do yourself a favor, at least take a look and let the tour tell the story. When you are there, ask for Matt De La Rosa who is the manager but goes out of his way to make sure you know everything you need to and get you in to the place you desire.
Great Location!! I was surprised with the high level of service, I received from Savannah leasing agent. She was thorough in answering my questions and my move in was smooth. Great to know I have a great place to come home to. My view of Dallas is AMAZING!!!!
