If I could give less than one star to this place I would. I was a resident here for a little over two years, and they have made my time living there very unpleasant and this is why I wanted to move out. Now, because I refused to renew my lease with them, they're charging me extra for doing what they asked me to do upon move out. I don't understand this practice. Loved the location of the property-across from the Farmer's Market! The attention that I received from Claudia, the assistant manager was the best! She had a great demeanor and definitely knew about the property with all of the amenities and why I should lease at Amelia at Farmer's Market. Loved her spirit!

The Most Poorly Managed Property in Texas. I don't have strong enough words to explain how horrible my experience at The Amelia was. I cannot stress enough: do not live here. The building is beautiful, but unless you were able to own it yourself, you're going to have to deal with management. The management team at Amelia at Farmer's Market is atrocious.
