I've lived here for about 10 months now and I can easily say that Victor Cruz has been the most helpful person that I've come across. We've had a couple of maintenance issues that Victor fixed expeditiously. He is always very responsive and willing to help at any time of the day or night. He's made my wife and I's experience living here so much better. He deserves a raise/bonus/promotion, or something!
The team is absolutely amazing! At the end of the day, it is the staff both leasing and maintenance that makes all the difference!

Megan and team really turned The Amelia around when they took over. Great with resident packages. The maintenance and repair team always works fast and professionally as well. I still think there could be improvements when renting out the club room (ie a/c not working, bathrooms out of order), but still appreciate the ability to rent them easily. All in all, we had a fantastic 3 years here. We will certainly miss the view!!

I have been here since they have opened and I have been here with the turn around but I love the staff Megan and Savannah they are really good about events and taking care of their residents! If you haven't looked at the community feel free to stop by and say hello

Amazing apartment staff! I just moved into the Amelia Apartments this week and there was so much help with the entire move in process. Savannah and Claudia at the front desk are wonderful. The apartment is very clean, lots of amenities (my favorite being the rooftop pool that overlooks the Dallas skyline), and safe with many gated points of entry. This is also a great location right outside of the farmers market, with a lot to explore (very walkable area)!

Currently I have been living at Amelia for three weeks now and I can say this might be the best property you could expect to live in within downtown Dallas. Came here took a tour and didn't expect to see that I had access to so many amenities. This is a beautiful apartment complex and it's so convenient with the farmers market and so many other places being within walking distance. The leasing professional Savanah helped me out so much and overall the staff here just made it so much easier for me to make my decision and made it a really smooth transition. I give these apartment complexes a 10/10, wish i would have come here way sooner! Happy to be a resident!

I've lived here for a few months now and am loving it! The amenities here are incredible and it is in a super fun and convenient location in Dallas. Not to mention the views of downtown are amazing! The staff have been extremely helpful with anything I may need and know many of the residents by name. I've never felt so welcomed by an apartment before.
