RecommendedAlways courteous and go the extra mile to help. I’ve been working with them for years. They have had a help wanted sign out for two years and are doing it with what they have. If they don’t answer the phone right away it’s likely because of the labor shortage.

RecommendedBought a backup reconditioned refrigerator from American Appliance a year ago and it’s still running perfectly. It was also delivered within a day. Later when my washer broke the service guys there taught me how to fix it! Saved me $$$ on a service call. Next, I got a used ice maker and used water valve here. Everyone was great.
