2-16-21...Tuesday. 12:42 pm...I was delivered a Kenmore refrigerator by them this morning! It was ok after they left for close to an hour, then, as I was in my bedroom, I began hearing an extremely LOUD noise!! And I mean LOUD!! Buying the appliances was great, but one of the delivery guys were very rude to me and my renters
Had an appt for today, 1pm-3pm, called after 3pm to find out where they were and was told t b ey are running 45mins late. Called a second time and was told the guy just finished the other job. I suggested good customer service would have been to call tje customer and keep them informec so they aren't waiting all day! Was told if you are comfortable with them I could cancel. Very arrogant attitude and definitely not customer friendly!
The guy that schedule appointment time was really rude and terrible manner. (he said his name lloyd but I know he lied) the was he talked to me on the phone I would give a dog more respect..talked like I was beneath him POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible customer service and not willing to work with delivery times. I rent the condo where I live and they came out to fix the ice maker which broke the freezer. Brought me another fridge and the ice maker didn't work and they tried to fix and failed. Delivered another fridge and it worked for about a month. They finally brought me a new fridge that they couldn't plug in because the plug was too short. You would think they would have encountered this problem before. The washing machine I bought kept filling up with water over flowing on to the floor!!! Flooded 4 rooms in my house!!! Have a year warranty, Didn't matter still made me pay to come to my house!!! Didn't fix the problem and very RUDE!!!! I will never use these people again!!!!
Bought a washer and dryer stackable from these crooks in 2014 we have had them come out atleast 3 times to replace things. Most every time the installers made u feel stupid. we eventually got tired and started replacing the parts with new parts ourselves. In 2015 this company came out and replaced our lid switch less than a year later the washer stops draining and spinning (AGAIN) my husband diagnoses the problem as the lid switch and calls the company to get a a new part. We have always had good results with this buiseness but they did my sister wrong. She bought a stackable from them when they delivered it they picked up her dryer and a fridge . The agreement was they'd take it to their store look them over and call her with a buying price if she didn't agree she would go pick them up. After 5 or 6 days of not hearing from them she called to get their oppinion and price offer only to find out they sold the dryer without giving her a buying offer. my family has been dealing with this business for over 25 yrs. went in today with my mom and the nephew whose name is mike had an attitude problem. he needs to be replaced . just because we wanted to double check on prices he got annoyed cant believe it. we asked to speak to the owner mike who came out but seem to brush over the issues . poor customer service very poor . keep it up and bad advertising will come back to hurt your business
