Service provider and contracting driver were very helpful and friendly throughout the duration of the process. Car was delivered 2 days later than expected but this was due to an unavoidable circumstance (truck was in maintenance) and the driver kept me informed the entire time.

I found American Auto Shipping through an online search and they were very quick to respond. I was quoted on my car arriving in a week and it made it to me in just three days! They followed up along the way to make sure that the service I had received was up to their standard.

Aerin Davis is very professional! All staff at American Car Shipping were very professional and knowledgeable. Ms. Davis explained the shipping process and sent update-emails as to when my car would be shipped to Missouri. The person selected by Ms.Davis to transport my car - very professional- that you Aerin! Yes, I would recommend to friends and others to use American Car Shipping. Thank you!

I live in Massachusetts, but I owned a 1969 Pontiac Firebird that was in Southern California. After putting in my information to the website, I called the office to follow up on my order where Mike talked me through the options and answered all of my questions since it was my first time shipping a car cross-country. I contacted American Auto Shipping on Friday Night. Car Shipped Monday Eve and arrived Tuesday Morning. Andrew kept us posted, was friendly and professional.. The carrier went above and beyond to help get our car from Phoenix to Grand Junction Colorado.. Our first time doing this was easy and a good experience.. Overall, I satisfied with the auto shipping experience. I had to ship my car from Michigan to Washington state due to my relocation and it took about 5 days to receive it (pretty quick!). Nothing has damaged and auto shipping provides a car wash (woohoo!). The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that it was a little bit hard to coordinate the schedules for pick up/drop off. My experience was very simple and straightforward. Any and all questions was answered at the office. Delivery was a very easy no problems at all. The consistent emails to keep me involved in the process was very helpful and reassuring
