Set up was easy gave us a range of days for pickup and arrived early we were able to track the transport and the driver was courteous and professional car arrives on time and everything went great

Staff are professional and respond quickly. I find out at the end the door to door service is not guaranteed but "at driver's discretion". Which in my case, I have to uber to a parking lot to pick up my car instead of delivery to door. They said it's clear on the website but obvisouly most people would see the huge work "door-to-door" rather than small word "at driver's discretion"

We were especially pleased with this company because of their quick and affordable help during the covid crisis when we were unsure how we’d be able to move our truck interstate. We received daily check-in emails (likely automated, but it’s great to know the company is keeping up with the order), and our questions were always answered. They always answer the phone and are eager to get you great service. Everything is easy to set up and the communicate often. Great service from the carrier, too.

This was my second time using American Auto Shipping because my first experience went just as well. The employees in the office communicated with me about every step and assured me of a timeline which exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was picked up in MA March 28th and I had it in Central FL April 1st. The driver got my car to me without any issues or damages. If I ever have to ship my car again I’ll definitely return.

Aerin Davis did an exceptional job at guiding me through the process & keeping me informed on everything. I worked with Rachel from American Auto Shipping who was very friendly and quick in getting my car transported cross country. She saved me on short notice when another shipper backed out and I really appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with her and how responsive and proactive she was. Great service!
