Quick/responsive. They’ve sent great service technicians and even ended up supporting a moderate-size claim for us. Unfortunately, the renewal costs are a bit higher than we’re willing to pay, but we definitely recommend the service as part of a home sale/purchase situation.

Great Coverage....Soon after I submitted my online service request to American Home Shield I received a contact from Appliance 911. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The company who was assigned to us was professional, quick and completed the job outstandingly. Excellent service & excellent customer service. Owner was courteous and professional.

American Home Shield followed up with through the process and made sure they sent out the repair guys to my house . They fixed what I needed to be done . Very happy .
Only had used twice one was good and they fixed the problem the other they only fixed half the problem and guy ran off.
