Extremely easy to use every time we needed it.
I Always receive excellent customer service
if you have to contact them by telephone, you will be on hold for an average of 30 minutes; have had problems in the past getting contractors that will respond quickly; don't like that you have to pay the service fee if the repair is not covered under their warranty as opposed to being applied to the repair cost

They are a great company and very responsive. They assure any and all issues are handled correctly.
They honor the contract and get repairmen out as soon as possible
Whenever I call for assistance, they refer someone right away and I always hear from someone within a day.
Had two instances where American Home Shield did not cover the repair cost. Agent referenced clauses in my contract to explain why the repairs were not covered. The clauses referenced did not appear to be applicable to my repair issues.
The work got done and all is good. We had prompt service.
