Quick Response. This is my second full year. Prior when I bought my first house part of the deal was them providing a decent home warranty company. Despite two inspections 30 days after I moved in the HVAC unit died on a snowstorm. I tried to go through my home warranty and not only was I not able to speak to anybody they made it very clear with their automated response via online, that I would be Serviced in the next 1 to 2 weeks.
