compared them to other companies and they are the best. Slightly more expensive but more reliable.
They respond quickly to requests, and if they have to deny a claim there is an explanation to come with the response. I feel that they are a fair minded company.
I rated it only 4 stars because I was not able to speak with a human being. However, even though the computerized format was irritating, the company did respond very promptly with contact for the repair company. The company I was referred to also responded ASAP and that was awesome.
