The services provided have been timely. Thw techinicians professional and efficient.
There is not a number where you can call to talk to a Supervisor if needed. They only have representatives outside of the country and aren't able to transfer the call to a supervisor. You either speak to a representative outside of the country or you speak to someone in states that only can speak to you about joining American Home Shield or billing questions but not help you if have a problem with your account.
They always send someone out quickly. They are always very friendly and helpful.
Second time I’ve used AHS and couldn’t believe how quickly I got my problem repaired! Very happy 😃!
