I love American home shield, if I had to change anything it would be making phone contact. It has gotten very hard to talk to someone so they get the full story of your problem. I called once and it had a call back service. Please use that 24/7 that would be awesome.
I was able to input my repair request online, and was contacted by the repair service with in a day of my request.
They get things done quickly most of the time, but our home is in a very small town and repair folks can be hard.to find. But they generally do a great job
