They get things scheduled and taken care of right away
I find that their website is very good, getting hold of them on the phone is a whole other matter. I got so tired of waiting on hold that I decided not to renew my contract for an additional year. The other issue I have is the deductibles are higher than the other company that I switched to.

My first experience was great from the initial phone call to get a quote. I also didn’t have any issues with my first service call and the gentleman that serviced my issues was very professional and polite.

I like the concept of the warranty but I think they allot to much money on repairs when it would be cheaper and easier to replace sometimes.
They take care of claims real quick and they get the job done the first or at least find out the problem. Really satisfied with the company.
