A part for my Furnace was not cove so besides the $100 service call I ended paying almost Two hundred dollar extra
We have never had any problems having service providers out to fix our issues. The only thing that can be frustrating is the wait for appliance/parts.
It has a system they seem to always come through takes a few minutes on the phone on line doesn’t work for me they. Gould have more people that are knowledge to get the ball rolling

Because they don’t follow their policy I have been having problems with my garbage disposal and I think I have had issue about 3 times every time they send someone to fix it they say that the problem has been solved. Problem continue and I called for service request plumber said garbage disposal is old but American Home Shield won’t authorize a replacement until it breaks and doesn’t work any more.
When I had an issue with one of my bathroom faucets I called AHS, they responded quickly with the repair service information, I was contacted by the repair person who scheduled for the next day to come to my home. Once the repair person arrived they were very professional and replaced both sink faucets so they matched.
