They're a good company. I think they could more prepared if they had inventory of home appliances.

American Home Shield (AHS) has been amazing. We have only needed them one time, but they treated us very well. We needed to have our Stove replaced. They sent out a contractor who verified that the stove needed to be replaced. They order the stove the same day. Two days later they called and told us the stove would be delayed. They authorized us to purchase a countertop oven for up to $100.00 due to the delay.
