They are quick, professional and they do the job.
American home shield replaced my water heater and fixed my kitchen faucet. Technicians are expert in their jobs. You can call them in the middle of the night if you have emergency situations like leaking pipes. Yes, they also fixed my leaking pipe. They are awesome with their services.
We haven't had any issues of making appointments or items being fixed. We've never had a claim that wasn't able to be handle.
