Because its very easy to use and reliable.
We have needed to use it 3 times - twice we have not heard back from the co. to replace items, so we had to do it ourselves - once however the service guy came w/i a week and replaced our water heater within 2 weeks - we thought that was pretty cool!
They usually have to order the parts to make repairs.
Replaced unrepairable washer with a new one in a timely manner. Did not expect to actually get a brand new washer.
