Well, my rates have been going up and every time I make a home warranty call, it is always a battle to get a second opinion to fix the issue because the first service company they send out always wants to upcharge me.
It is often difficult to get through.Sometimes the person has an accent so thick it is hard to communicate with them.
The appliance repairman was excellent. The plumber was not.
I like it they fixed my appliances in time and replaced without any problem
I have used Home Shield on two occasions, and both times it saved us money and quickly restored ed the issue with little fuss. BEST PURCHASE WE HAVE MADE!!
