Consistent quality service. Replacement for items that cannot be salvaged.
They were fast with scheduling a service call.
We had a problem with our HVAC System. AHS contacted a service representative in our area. He was very efficient and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He diagnosed the problem and within 24 hours AHS had authorized the repair of all the issues. This was the first time having a home warranty and would highly recommend AHS to anyone considering purchasing a home warranty.

I've been very happy with AHS. It's very easy to request service either online or phone and service appointments are made within 24 hrs.
They were more proactive about fixing my issue than I was. Truly hard to find a company pushing to fix your problem more than you do. I have since convinced two of my friends to purchase a home warranty. I will continue to do so.
