Great service for a homeowner with an older home.
I’ve had mostly good experience with my ahs. The exception is regarding my refrigerator, a 5 year old LG bottom freezer model. It’s a beautiful lemon that had required repeated service. Each time it quits working I’ve had to wait weeks for service while losing all my frozen food each time. I was totally without refrigeration from Thanksgiving until after New Years a year ago when the compressor went out. The staff have a difficult job. They were so supportive with a difficult vendor in a stressful situation.
Great service. Quick response to online service request. They allow you to put cost of repair towards a new unit if you want to. Only negative is wait time if you actually need to speak to someone, but it is rare that I have a need to.
Very easy to schedule a repair service and prompt service by repair technician.
