Some of the contractors are no longer practicing with AHS and are not deleted from their system. It held up our job for 2 weeks.
So far all the things that needed to be repaired/replaced in my home was covered by AHS abd taking care of.
The process was to easy, get on the web site describe the problem and 10 minutes later I was notified by the company of a date and time the repairman would be here.
AHS has always reacted quickly to our service requests. The technicians they provided have been well prepared and very knowledgeable and have solved our problems quickly and professionally.
They are quick to respond @ the coverage is pretty good
